-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dylan Fegan looked as though he could hold on to take the opening F2 Stock Car heat win however his brother Shea was on hand to rain on his parade and take the lead on the final bend. Shea repeated the feat in heat 2 taking the win ahead of Daniel Stewart. Shea broke clear of the field, completing the distance in the final to take the King of NuttsCorner. Ryan McCrory was the runner up with Gavin Fegan third.
There was a decent showing of 1300 Stock Cars as they contested their final meeting before the National Championship in just 2 weeks. Ty Richardson set the early pace in both the heat races but mechanical gremlins appeared to slow him down in the later stages allowing Graham Meek to sneak through and take the honours. Richardson got on top of his earlier dramas to romp clear of the field to take a comfortable victory in the final. Jon McQuillan was the runner up with Josh McKinstry third.
Jack Kennedy showed strong pace to chalk up the opening heat win in the ORCi Stock Rods. Heat 2 was a somewhat lively affair with plenty of action throughout, Shane McKinney stay clear of the chaos to take the win ahead of Kennedy. McKinney kept his calm again in the meeting final, completing the distance and taking the win ahead of Samuel Montgomery and William Donnell.
The Saloon Stock Cars contested their King of Nutts Corner title. Geoff Martin who has been on a fine run of form lately blitzed the competition to secure a fine brace of victories. On top of 2 heat wins Martin took the flag in the feature race ahead of Matt Stirling and Calvin Blake.
The King of the Corner title was also up for grabs in the GP2 Lightning Rods. Lewis Peoples kicked of the night with a fine win in heat 1 before Cullybackey’s Jack Gault took the spoils in heat 2. Peoples who was racing a newly acquired car put it to good use in the final taking the title and silverware. Star name George Esler had to settle for runner up with David Nesbitt third.
Charlie Hill continued in his winning ways in the Junior Rods taking the flag in the heat 1. Christian Murray made an impressive debut in the formula visiting victory lane in heat 2. The meeting final ended in some controversy when first across the line Noah Teggart was penalised for a jump start. Codi Wilson inherited the win, Hill was runner up with Teggart demoted to third. Following post race technical checks Teggart was removed from the results.
